The front desk registers once
One form takes the patient's identity, contact, guardian and the Urdu name, which DoctorWho fills in from the English one for checking. The screen answers with the new MRN in large type, ready to read out, and the slip and the card print from the same panel.

The consultation is one screen
The vitals the nurse took, the history, the diagnosis and the prescription sit together, with the allergy in front of the doctor while the doctor writes the medicines. Signing locks the consultation; a correction after that is a new record that amends it.

How records are kept safe
Every record belongs to one clinic, and a read that asks for another clinic's record finds nothing there to return.
Mobile numbers, identity numbers, addresses and allergies are stored encrypted, not as plain text.
Who added or changed a clinical record, and when, is written to an audit trail that the clinic keeps.
Staff reach only what their role and their own permissions allow, and the clinic administrator sets both.

How does a clinic join?
Send the clinic's details from List your clinic. Every request is reviewed by hand, and once the clinic is approved the administrator receives an email with an invitation to set a password.
What does it cost?
The first month is free. After that it is PKR 5,000 a month for the whole clinic, whatever the number of doctors and staff.
Can patients book?
A listed clinic's doctors and their free times are public here. To book one of those times, use the DoctorWho patient app once the clinic has given you access, or ask at the clinic's front desk.
Does it work in Urdu?
A patient's name and address are kept in Urdu beside the English, on screen and on a printed document, and a prescription instruction can be typed in Urdu. The screens themselves are in English.
Where are the records kept?
On the clinic's own hosting, with each clinic's records kept apart. Photos and scanned files are kept where a browser cannot reach them, and open only through a link that expires.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Every screen is built for a phone at the front desk as well as a computer, and each control is big enough for a thumb.
